HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR WORK

We’re inviting artists to submit A4 works on paper for an exhibition at the Open Institute.

The rules are simple:

⚡ A4 only — 210 × 297mm
⚡ Work on paper
⚡ Unframed — works will be displayed using archival pockets.

DEADLINE

Your work must arrive with us by Saturday 24th September 2026.

SENDING YOUR WORK BY POST

Please send your artwork to:

Unit 14b, Island Green Retail Park, Wrexham, LL13 7LW

Your package must be able to fit through a standard letterbox, so please do not send your artwork in bulky or oversized packaging.

A good test is simple: try putting the package through your own front door letterbox before posting it!

Please use packaging that can be reused to return your artwork.

RETURNING YOUR WORK

Please include a Large Letter postage stamp inside your package so that we can return your artwork to you after the exhibition.

Please make sure the stamp is sufficient for the size and weight of your return package.

BEFORE SENDING

Please email us with:

  • Your name

  • Your contact telephone number

  • Your email address

  • An image of the work you are submitting
